User Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete Your Lenderr account and the data associated with it.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete Your account at any time from inside the app. No request, approval or waiting period is required.

  • Open Lenderr and go to Settings.
  • Tap Data Privacy.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm Your identity and complete the deletion.

Some information is retained after closure where the law requires it. See the Retention section of Our Privacy Policy for details.

Confirming It Is You

Deletion is permanent, so We confirm the request came from You before carrying it out. How this works depends on how You created Your account.

Password: if You registered with an email address and password, You will be asked to enter Your password.

One-time code: if You signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook, Your account has no password. We will send a one-time code to Your registered email address and ask You to enter it instead.

Your Subscription

Deleting Your account does not cancel a membership purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by Us, and must be cancelled there or they will continue to renew.

Cancel Your subscription before deleting Your account.
